Sprint 6.124 (03/12/2021)
- Implemented several enhancements for Business License:
1) Updated "Calculate" button to say "Add Additional [Gross Receipts]". The title for [Gross Receipts] will change depending on what is configured in the "Alternate gross receipts title" field in the Business License System File in SF.
2) Updated modal for "Add Additional [Gross Receipts]" to have two fields. One that is disabled to show current gross receipts and one that is enabled to enter additional receipts. Labels will be adjusted based on system settings.
3) Added ability to enter multiple requests. Previously, if a request was entered, the button would be disabled until the request processed. Now, multiple request can be made even if pending request still exist that haven't synced yet.
Sprint 6.118 (12/18/2020)
- Added check to see if item has been added to the shopping cart to help prevent duplicates.
- Added business licenses to the dashboard screen. The features related to managing business license accounts include renewing and recalculating licenses, adding/editing/removing additional fees and taxes, and making payments.
Sprint 6.116 (11/20/2020) - Added new shopping cart feature. Accounts can now be added from this dashboard screen to the shopping cart.
Sprint 6.87 (10/11/2019) - Correction to links related to tax properties. Previously, if two properties had the same ID, users would be navigated to the first property on the list regardless of which property they clicked on.
Sprint 6.69 (01/18/2019)
- Added functionality to remove accounts from the profile
- Added asterisk next to utility account number if active locations exist for the customer that have not been added to the profile. Clicking will bring up a modal where the user can easily add the account if they wish
- Ensuring the active account/locations are sorted to the top
Introduction
This screen is the dashboard overview page. The user is brought here when they log in. From here, they can view their Utility, Business License, and Property Tax Accounts, Add new accounts to their profile, or remove accounts from their profile. Any news configured by the admin on the General tab will also display here.
New users will see a tutorial that pops up introducing the shopping cart feature the first time they log in to their dashboard.
Details
The Accounts will be listed to the left. Here users can add a new account by searching by the account number and address for Utilities and Business Licenses, or the property ID for Property Taxes. Each Account listed in this side menu displays the account details (address and account number/property ID), amount due, and pending payments if applicable. The following options are also available
