Introduction

This report prints a list of work orders.

Explanation

Selection Criteria

Select Report Sequence - Five report sequences are available

• Account Number
• Customer Name
• Route
• WO Code
• WO Number

Select Output Option - Below output options are available

• Detail
• Summary
• Totals Only

Print subtotal for each report sequence - If checked

Print customer's tax ID - If checked

Print list of meters - If checked

Print completion notes - If checked

Print list of fixed services - If checked

Include non-customer work orders - If checked

Show amount owed - If checked

Enter Dates to include -

• Date initiated -
• Date Required
• Date Completed

Enter Range to include -

• Routes -
• Sequences
• Work Order Numbers
• Competed by - initials of the person who completed the work order.

Include All

• Customers
• Work Order Codes
• Status
