Introduction

This report prints a list of terminated employees within parameters given.

Explanation

Include on report allows one to select Location or Department.

Enter period to report filters report by Current Quarter, Fiscal Year, Month, Quarter 1, Quarter 2, Quarter 3, Quarter 4, or Year.

Print termination notes prints the notes for an employee termination.

Print SSN on report

Exclude employees whose current status is Active
