6.199 - Added quantity and unit price to the report and the unit price will display when quantity is more than one.
6.102 - For assets that have multiple transfers,updated logic so that costs were not doubled for the asset when 'As of' date is prior to the date of the last transfer.
6.100 - Added new checkbox "Show Assets disposed after as of date" which would only be available if Active status only is selected.

The Asset Master Report is an all encompassing report that may be printed using several different sequences and options
Explanation
Selection Criteria
Select report sequence - If department or location is selected, a second grouping is available
Select output option - Detail or Summary
- Detail
- Summary - Below fields will show on the summary report if the 'Print for Fiscal year' checkbox is checked.
- Beginning Balance as of Fiscal year Start date (the cost – depreciation – disposal)
- Acquisitions – Acquisitions that have happened in the current fiscal year (ie. after the fiscal year start date ) and the end date for which report is run
- Disposals - Disposals that have happened in the current fiscal year (ie. after the fiscal year start date ) and the end date for which report is run
- Depreciation – Current year depreciation
- End balance – is it the end balance as of end date for which the report is run ( Beginning Balance + Acquisitions - Disposals - Depreciation)
- Summary - Below fields will show on the summary report if the 'Print for Fiscal year' checkbox is not checked.
- Cost as of the date for which the report is run
- Disposals as of the date for which the report is run
- Depreciation as of the date for which the report is run
- End balance as of as of the date for which the report is run (Cost – Depreciation – Disposals)

Print summary for fiscal year - This check box is visible only when the report is run for output option "Summary" and the first report sequence is not account number. If "Print summary for fiscal year" is checked then the As of date is populated with today's date ( The As of date can be changed but if the user enters a date less than the Fiscal year start date then it will warn the user that they will need to enter a date greater than the fiscal year start date and it will not let them print a report.If they do not check the "Print summary for fiscal year" then the As of date is populated with the fiscal year start date.Show Assets disposed after as of date - This checkbox is visible only if Active status only is selected. If checked it pulls in Assets which have been disposed after the 'As of' date for which the report is run.
