Introduction

This screen allows the user to review, create, or modify existing work orders.

Explanation

Work orders are tasks generated by the user related to a customer location. The work order is assigned to someone that can perform the work and complete the job. From this screen, the user can track progress, print out paper copies, and add any additional information regarding the work order and customer location.

General Tab

Work Order Number - A identification number that pertains to the work order
Title - The name of the work order
Account Number/Name* - The customer the work order pertains to.
Customer Location* - The customer location the work order pertains to.
Printer Button - Allows the user to print out a paper version of the work order pertaining to the customer location selected. This contains all information regarding the work order.

Additionally, there are fields that refer to the customer location such as address and location information.

Status Tab

Requested By - The SmartFusion user that requested the work order.
Date Initialized* - The date this work order was created.
Date Required - The date this work order is due.
Work Order Code* - The user defined work order request type.
Priority - The level of priority.
Print On Work Order:

Both - Will print fixed services and metered services on the work order.
Fixed - Will print fixed servies and metered services on the work order.
Mixed - Will not print fixed services on the work order.
None - Will not print fixed services on the work order.

Estimated Duration - An estimate of how long the work order will take.
Work Order Status - The work order status.
Assigned To - The employees that are performing the work order.
Percent Complete - The amount completed thus far.
Completed By - Completed by.
Date Completed - The date completed.
Printed - Denotes whether the user has printed the work order or not.

Notes - General notes regarding the work order
Completion notes - Completion notes regarding the work order
Internal Notes - Internal notes regarding the work order

Documents Tab

Allows the user to attach a document pertaining to the work order.
